About
Engrow started from a simple, personal frustration: it was hard to find the kind of agency I actually wanted to work with. Too much time was spent re-explaining a business, correcting context, and teaching an agency how an industry worked — before any real thinking could begin.
Engrow is founder-led, and the work sits deliberately between business, brand, marketing, content and communications — often starting before there's a formal brief at all. I work closely with founders and senior leadership on questions like what a business is actually trying to become, what expertise inside it is currently invisible, and what should — and shouldn't — be said publicly.
I'm also bilingual in English and Chinese, and comfortable working across both cultures. That's a genuine strategic advantage for clients communicating across Australian and Chinese-speaking markets — but it's one capability within a broader practice, not the whole of it.
Small enough to be genuinely involved. Experienced enough to be trusted with something that matters.
A note on identity
Engrow's final logo hasn't been decided yet — the website was intentionally built ahead of that decision. For now, three typographic directions are being explored:
01 — Editorial wordmark
02 — E / G monogram
03 — Typographic system
No leaf, arrow or growth icon by design — growth is implied by the thinking, not illustrated in the mark.
