Case study 01
Building a brand alongside the business.
Brand strategy, identity, content and ongoing marketing partnership for a growing multi-family office.

The starting point
When GloryHouse approached Engrow in September 2025, the business was at the beginning of a new chapter. Co-founded by Garth Hu and Cathy Ding, its founding team brought deep experience in wealth management, together with a clear ambition to build a boutique multi-family office serving families with needs extending well beyond investment alone.
The expertise was already there. So was the vision. What was needed was a brand, a voice and a marketing system capable of evolving with the business — not a business that needed fixing, but one that needed a platform equal to what it already knew.
There was already substance. Our job was to give it a brand, a voice and a platform to grow.
The partnership
Engrow wasn't engaged to produce a campaign. The relationship has run across strategy, identity, website, content, communications, programs, social media, events and partnerships — evolving as the business itself has grown.
Not a campaign. An ongoing partnership.
Brand positioning, brand identity, messaging, website, brochures, corporate materials and brand content — the foundational layer everything else sits on.

Wealth management is built on expertise, but expertise only creates value when people can understand it. Engrow developed formats that gave the GloryHouse team space to explain, discuss and share what they know — podcast, video, thought leadership, founder content, team content, market commentary and bilingual editorial content.
Featured conversations
Turning a brand into a platform. The work goes beyond content production into initiatives that give the brand a reason to exist beyond marketing — next-generation education, mentor and internship programs, family education, investment events, an office launch, partnerships and philanthropic conversations, shown as one connected ecosystem rather than isolated activations.

Engrow also manages ongoing communications across English-speaking and Chinese-speaking audiences — WeChat, WeChat Channels and RedNote / Xiaohongshu on one side, LinkedIn, YouTube and website content on the other. Social media is one part of the wider strategy here, not the centre of it.
Engrow intentionally works with a small core team, bringing in specialist production capability when the work requires it.

We keep the core team intentionally small, bringing in specialist production capability when the work requires it. That's a strength, not a workaround.
We're grateful for everything Emily has brought to our company. She has real execution ability and adaptability — often, one conversation is enough for her to grasp what matters and move it forward.
What I appreciate most is that she doesn't stop at just finishing the task. She actively learns and researches our brand positioning and needs, which is why so much of what she's produced — the plans and the content — feels genuinely aligned with us, often beyond what we expected.
With Emily's support, our brand's visibility and overall market response have improved significantly. Handing things over to her gives real peace of mind, because she's meticulous, reliable, and genuinely thinks and acts with our brand's long-term growth in mind.

What began as a brand launch has become an ongoing partnership. As GloryHouse continues to grow, new programs, conversations and opportunities continue to emerge — and the brand continues to evolve with the business.
